"Coral Reef" is a visual exploration of dreams, divided into three segments, with oranges serving as a recurring motif throughout. The work is presented in the form of a desktop screensaver, deliberately emphasizing the medium of the computer that carries the images. The film is fragmented and scattered across the two-dimensional space of the desktop, highlighting the medium's capacity to fragment the visual narrative. As unrelated, independent spaces on the desktop connect with each other, they create a sense of temporal and spatial disparity. Through this continuous simulation of virtual space, I aim to subvert the perception of everyday spatial norms and evoke the structure of a dream.
